How long does it take for Flex Seal products to fully cure?
Most of our sealants and adhesives dry to the touch within 2 to 3 hours, but we recommend waiting 24 to 48 hours for a full cure to ensure maximum strength and waterproof protection.
Can Flex Seal be applied to wet surfaces or underwater?
Yes, many of our products, such as Flex Shot and Flex Tape, are specifically engineered to be applied to wet surfaces and can even be used underwater to stop leaks instantly.
Is Flex Seal safe for use around food or drinking water?
Once fully cured, our standard Flex Seal products are non-toxic; however, they are not currently rated as food-grade or certified for direct contact with potable drinking water.
What is your return policy for opened products?
We offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not happy with the results, you can return the unused portion of the product for a full refund, minus shipping and handling.
Do you offer international shipping for home repair kits?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and Canada. Due to shipping regulations regarding aerosol products, international delivery options vary by region.
Can I paint over Flex Seal once it has dried?
Flex Seal Liquid and Flex Paste can be painted over once fully cured. However, our original Flex Seal Aerosol is not designed to be painted with most traditional oil or water-based paints.
